A 6 bottle half case contains.. 1. Sparkling Brut (Central Victoria) An enticing blend of golden kiwi sorbet, musk and the yeasty, bready aromas that you hope to find in your favourite bubbles. 2. Sauvignon Blanc 2023 (Coonawarra) This is a young tasting wine with crisp green pears and granny smith apples taking centre stage. Yellow stone fruits are there for support, before cool dry flint and grapefruit confidently step up for a very long and semi-dry finish. Zingy and fresh, this tropical wine is perfect for unwinding after a long day at work. 3. Chardonnay 2023 (Coonawarra) Delicate pear with fine white pepper and an appearance from the lemon and lime sisters. Dill and leggy green beans also walk the boards. A light to medium bodied dry wine, pale yellow in colour with high acidity. 92 points. 4. Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 (Coonawarra) This is a full bodied red without the super dry tannins on the end. Black currants are the hero with sidekicks black plum and green pepper providing back up. Ever present spices, tobacco and vanilla watch on from the sidelines, supporting but not overpowering. . 5. Shiraz 2022 (Bendigo) A Cambrian soil superhero. It’s all red plum love here with a sprinkle of black pepper, minerality, a blueberry or two and a lick of vanilla bean. Christmas in a bottle. 6. Grenache 2022 (Barossa) This medium bodied red is pale ruby in colour with dry plucky tannins. Bold raspberry sets loose, with fried oregano and winning white pepper.
