Pinot Noir 2018 (Yarra Valley) On the palate the rhubarb and strawberry fruit shine through, with a touch of pepper spice, tangy acid length and soft tannins. Fresh, bright and pure in character. 2. Cabernet Shiraz 2022 (McLaren Vale) This full bodied red is deep ruby in colour with brawny acid. The tannins are dry and grippy. There's black currant and plum simmering while freshly cracked green pepper ruminates with the sweet smell of cooking tomato drifting behind. 3. Shiraz 2021 (McLaren Vale) Crunchy, rich red plums and raspberry fruit flavours step up, with mixed green herbs adding to the wonderful depth of character. The tannins are youthful, fine and grippy and the acidity; complimentary and in balance. This is sophisticated wine perfect for matching with food. 4. GSM 2022 (McLaren Vale) Grenache-Shiraz-Mouvèdre. This dry medium bodied red is ruby in colour with beautifully integrated acid and smooth melting tannins. Savoury flavours of Thelma plum, wild raspberries and strawberry with spice of pepper collaborate with mouthfeel giving pleasure. 5. Shiraz 2019 (Barossa) Smooth and rich, this wine is easy to savour and if you are partial to spice, it will be your confidant in your quieter moments.
