Wine Cooler by Match Pewter The Wine Cooler by Match Pewter is handmade by Italian Artisans, this wine cooler has a hidden insert to keep your wine cool, if needed. The secret is a non-toxic, water-based gel freezer insert, which should be frozen for 4-6 hours before use for best results. For longer gatherings we recommend having a spare insert on hand (can be purchased individually). 6" x 7.3" H The Match Pewter Barware and Beverage collection is available here. Pewter has an odd warmth in appearance that allows it to seamlessly meld with traditional and modern table settings alike. Each piece is made with a lead free alloy of tin, copper and antimony that is FDA approved and food safe. Pewter is NOT microwave safe. Pewter tarnishes very slowly and requires almost no maintenance. Care: To clean your pewter hand wash in warm water with a liquid dish soap. Be sure to dry the pewter completely, as water allowed to dry on pewter may cause spots. Any spots that appear can be easily removed by polishing or by gently rubbing the area in small circular motions with very fine "0000" steel wool. About the Company:Match was founded by RISD graduate David Reiss in 1995. He collaborates closely with Italian artisans to produce designs in classic European forms from the 14th through 19th centuries; many are cast from molds made from original antiques.
