WING SUP The session aim is to give the candidate the skill, knowledge & foundation to enjoy Wing SUP with confidence.The session will start with a discussion on Wing Safety, Equip ment & Environment, moving on to land based instruction around the understanding of the wind , Wing control, steering, foot position and carrying of the Board & Wing. Once comfortable with Wing control the session will move to the water, where the candidate will learn launching & self rescue techniques, mounting the board, rotation of the Wing, Wing control, board speed, direction and turning. We will finish with discussions about the session and advice on moving forward. What’s provided?
