WINMNC-06 – 7th Madras Native Cavalry Mounted troops provided armies in India with speed, mobility and the ability to operate across considerable distances. The cavalry regiments of the Madras Army combined Indian horsemanship with the organisation and command structure of the East India Company’s military forces. WINMNC-06 – 7th Madras Native Cavalry represents one of these mounted soldiers, bringing considerable movement and visual presence to a display. The horse and rider make a striking contrast with the infantry formations elsewhere in the series. Combined with the other 7th Madras Native Cavalry releases, WINMNC-06 allows collectors to create a varied mounted formation rather than relying upon repeated identical poses.
