Join Hannah and Kalee Brink on Winter Solstice night for an evening of gentle yoga, tuning into the breath, a meditation, and some Reiki. Our goal is to create a safe space for mov ement, healing, introspection, and quieting of the mind in preparation for the holidays and hibernation season.
