Winter Vest Size 2-3 Years. Made with a PUL outer fabric and a warm fleece lining. Press studs to close. PUL is a soft, flexible waterproof laminate fabric. PUL has two layers in i ts construction, a polyester outer fabric (typically 1mm in thickness) with a very thin layer of polyurethane film bonded to the reverse. Designed, pattern-made and sewn by myself in Tasmania. Finished garment - Size measurements. Size 2-3 Years Length (Centre back from collar seam): 36cm. Chest (measured from under armhole): 68cm.
