Winter Wheat WIT BIER This hazy white wheat beer features a generous use of unmalted wheat combined with barley malt, resulting in a refreshing, smooth profile with spicy and citru sy notes, enhanced by added spices that create a vibrant, aromatic, and lively drinking experience. Bottled conditioned for ultimate flavour. ABV 5.2% Vol Allergen Information: Barley, Wheat. Gluten Information: Contains Gluten. Vegan finings only. To pour bottle-conditioned beer, start with a slow, gentle pour at a 45-degree angle, aiming the beer down the side of the glass to minimize agitation of the yeast sediment. As the bottle empties, you may see the yeast cloudiness approach the neck. Stop pouring when you see the sediment nearing the bottle's neck to avoid transferring it to your glass, leaving a clear beer with a minimal amount of yeast. Show more
