Robinson has found glass to be the ideal medium to express the forms found in nature. The fluid motion of wind and water and the shapes of the creatures that inhabit those realms a re enduring but fragile, like the glass Robinson uses in his work. This endurance plus fragility is what Robinson endeavors to convey in his work. This sculpture depicts a tree shaped by the relentless winds from the cold North rendered in solid glass by working glass a rod in an open flame. Please expect some variation due to the handmade nature of the work. Materials: Glass Show more
