The Kemppi Chili DL (dual Layer) wire liner is a specialized Teflon liner for MIG/MAG welding, designed for a variety of wires. It comes in two lengths and corresponding product codes. Specifications W016311 : 6-meter length. W016312 : 8-meter length. Outer diameter: Approximately 5.9 mm. Inner diameter: Approximately 2.0 mm, allowing for wires between 1.0–1.2 mm. Wire compatibility: 1.0–1.2 mm ferrous (Fe), stainless steel (SS), acid-resistant, and aluminium wires. Features The patented two-layer DL Chili material is designed to reduce friction between the filler wire and the liner wall. This ensures reliable and smooth wire feeding, especially for softer wires like aluminum, and on longer welding guns (up to 8 meters). Compatible torches: The liner is compatible with certain Kemppi torches, including the GX203, GX303, GX305, and GX405 models.
