This is a super simple bike alarm, which takes less than 30 seconds to fit to your bike. It runs on AAA batteries (included), which are rated for 6 months on standby. If the bike i s moved, it'll set off a warning, and if it's moved again the 113dB alarm will sound. There are a couple of limitations compared to more premium options. There's no GPS tracking - if you're looking for that feature, you'll want the Knog Scout (iPhone only) or Bosch ConnectModule (Smart System only).
