15 mL / 0.5 FL OZ / 10-Free Wispy Wisteria is a medium purple jelly base packed with iridescent rainbow glitters. Charge this polish up with UV and watch it glow bright green in th e dark. It is advised to use a top coat without UV blocking chemicals. Additionally please note that glow in the dark pigments may settle over time.
