Timing and tactical choices are crucial, as Witch cards can be reused until they are committed to brewing a potion, at which point they are removed from play and added to the scoring pile. Potion cards can be flipped into tools, enabling more advanced recipes and higher-scoring combinations. Additional depth comes from variable scoring objectives and optional animal familiars, which reward players who manage to collect specific sets.
