Mattress Offers Both the Highsleeper and Single Bed accommodate standard UK single mattresses (90x190cm). For safety reasons, the mattress for the Highsleeper should not exceed 16cm in depth. This is not with Fitting, If you need fitting please message further to find out our availbility for fitting in your area. Please note that if you require delivery to one of our hard to reach area, there will be additional charges. The areas are Scotland, Wales or the post codes, EX, TQ, PL or TR. The additional payment will be between £40 and £60. Delivery Estimate: 1 Week from Payment. Planning your delivery When we plan our deliveries at Furniture Boulevard our main focus is to satisfy our customers and work around their schedule.To make it easier for you, on your delivery day we will give you a morning or afternoon slot to choose from.The driver will also inform you about the delivery 30 minutes prior to it. We respect your time and we ask you to do the same with ours, that’s why we ask you to be home for the time of the delivery.If you contact us in time, we will be able to rearrange your delivery date and avoid any additional costs for you. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. Delivery timescale Normal delivery times are 8am - 8pm on working days. However occasionally we will be able to offer weekend delivery dates. Please ensure you supply the correct contact details as the buyer will be notified of a delivery date either by text message or a call. If the goods you ordered are in stock, we aim to deliver as quickly as possible usually within 1-10 working days. Normally delivery is within 1 weeks from the date of receipt of payment. Please note some items may be delivered slightly sooner or later than the above stated period (up to 10 weeks). If you have an urgent requirement call us with the items you wish to order, your full delivery address and your latest delivery dayand we will tell you if we can supply the products in time. Generally, where an order contains more than one item all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available. Usually we contact our customers within 1-3 days before the delivery date and inform them about the delivery time slot. If it is not suitable for you, you can decline the time slot and we will rearrange delivery within 1-10 working days. On the Day of the Delivery When a delivery date has been agreed with our courier but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery,we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery. This is not always the case as it depends on the courier company used for a specific delivery. Goods are delivered to the building door only, and there will be no taking goods upstairs. The goods will be left inside your premises at the safest convenient location. Delivery drivers as standard will not carry items upstairs.All transportation of your goods to a location upstairs is entirely carried out at the contractor’s risk and discretion unless agreed otherwise. PLEASE NOTE: the “carry items upstairs” term also covers flats which are not located on the ground floor. Our drivers are unaccompanied; they will not be able to move or take away any existing goods or property and will not carry out assembly or installation of the goods unless arranged. Acceptance of the products Other than where the buyer acts as a consumer the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the products 5 working days after delivery to the buyer.
