It has heavy-duty cast iron char radiants for efficiency and its 5-1/4" wide cast iron diamond grates help create a more even heat. This Charbroiler uses one high-range infinite heat control valve for each burner, allowing operators to have increased temperature control. Its valve marks are engraved for easy set-up. Its heat deflector tray system reflects heat upwards to create a "Cool Zone" in the grease drawer, making cleaning quicker and easier. This ACB36 uses either Natural or LP gas (Please Specify).
