Each burner provides 30,000 BTU of heating power and lifts off for easy cleaning and maintenance. The energy-saving flash tube open burner ignition system is shrouded for reliability. Burner knobs are made of cool-to-touch, high-temperature material. The oven has a standard baker's depth and is supplied with 2 racks and 4 rack positions.
