Each headset is CNC-machined in the USA from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, delivering the strength and precision serious riders expect. It comes equipped with Enduro black oxide-coated steel bearings, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding conditions. Designed for frames using ZS44 upper and ZS56 lower headset cups, this version includes everything needed for installation—upper and lower cups, bearings, crown race, star nut, shims, bolt, and a stem cap with an integrated 5mm spacer. A star nut is included for use with steel or aluminum steerer tubes; riders with carbon steerers will need a separate compression plug.
