With the flexibility to cook practically anything, this Vulcan WSPR1 is ideal for use in restaurants and other commercial kitchen applications. It has two concentric 55,000 BTU bur ners to cook, boil, steam, fry, or saute your dishes. Its ring-type burners are controlled by an infinite heat valve. The control valve has a shield to protect it from potential heat damage. The top grates are made from heavy cast iron and come with a standing pilot ignition system. This WSPR1 has stainless steel front and sides, increasing its longevity and decreasing its need for maintenance. It comes standard with 12" adjustable legs.
