This release marks a huge milestone for the Wolfburn distillery, their first ever 12 year old whisky. Matured in a combination of refill ex-Oloroso sherry casks and ex-bourbon barr els, showing the classic distillery style of sweet floral honey and a thread of subtle peat smoke.
