The Wolfie hat knitting kit is one of our favourite hats at Knit With Me and is designed by the talented Natasja Hornby. The colourwork, with its bold, graphic lines and shapes is easy to work, very rhythmic and highly addictive. It looks just as good in some eye popping high contrast colours as it does in something more subdued and tonal, depending on the effect you’re after. The recommended yarn is De Rerum Natura Ulysse which is a bouncy sport weight merino and we couldn't agree more with the recommendation. Your kit will include - - 2 balls of De Rerum Natura Ulysse Merino, with 1 ball of MC, 1 ball of CC, according to your choice. - A copy of the Wolfie Hat pattern emailed to you directly from Ravelry. If you have a Ravelry account please include your username int he notes section when checking out and we will make sure it is saved to your account too. All you need to add is some knitting needles (we used 3.25mm, 3.5mm and 3.75mm, but it's best to do a swatch) and some knitting time, and you'll have your own Wolfie Hat. Pattern Details After the cast on, the Wolfie is worked in the round from the brim to the crown. It is a One Size hat and the finished measurements are stated as being 48.5 cm / 19.25” circumference, 21.5 cm / 8.5” long from brim to top of hat.
