Welcome to my Heart to Womb Meditation. This is a gift from my heart to yours because you are deserving of receiving. You have been guided to receive this powerful practice. I share with you the exact meditation practice I created when I began transforming my fertility and life through a holistic approach. Holistic fertility wellbeing improves our mental, spiritual, emotional and physical health, preparing our selves for new life. Our bodies carry old stories and experiences. I know you have been through a lot, because you have been guided here. This meditation will begin to dissolve some of the grief, trauma, stress, anxiety, doubt and overwhelm that you have experienced on your journey. Through this practice you will begin to honour your body, connect deeply to your self, become magnetic for new life, connect to the little soul you are calling in and you may just receive a message from your higher self, ancestors or angels through a visual, whisper or sensation. Please have a journal and pen next to you ready to record any messages that come through Create a private comfortable space just for you Turn phone off and any other noise in your space The benefits of this meditation will be super charged when practiced daily. Either first thing in the morning or in the evening just before sleep. Light a candle before you begin and blow it out with an intention each time.
