WonderPass must be utilised within 6 months from time of purchase (excluding April 2024). No extension will be granted for unutilised slots. WonderPass is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash or other goods and services in-kind. Any crumpled, torn, or defaced WonderPass will be deemed invalid. There will not be any replacement passes for any torn or misplaced passes. Entry to the musuem is subject to the museum's prevailing venue rules and regulations. All WonderPass purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable & non-transferable. There will be no refunds for any unutilised entry slots. In case of any dispute, the decision of Children’s Museum Singapore is final. No correspondence will be entertained. Children’s Museum Singapore reserves the right to deny entry or issue stamps if you are unable to present the physical WonderPass during your visit. Children’s Museum Singapore is a museum dedicated for children who are 12 years and below, our exhibitions are designed with them in mind. For the children's safety, they must be supervised by an adult caregiver at all times, hence adult visitors are allowed in the Museum only when they are accompanying children. Many other children's museums adopt this policy as well, in order to provide an optimal experience for young visitors. WonderPass allow entry to the Permanent Exhibition and the current Special Exhibitions.
