Glue joints on barrettes will eventually fail over time. These will not. Pyinma Burl - (Southeast Asia) Pyinma is a beautiful, highly figured exotic hardwood that can have deep penetrating curl. Originating from S.E. Asia, it is also called Asian Satinwood on the US market. This species produces some of the deepest 3-Dimensional curl in the World. Burls are rare in this species, but when obtained, yield tight and exceptional patterns!
