Forged from a solid piece of 5160 spring steel, This handy little tool is like a broad wedge with a handle. Perfect for controlled riving of green wood material for a variety of pr ojects. Blades on this Beta batch are grouped into two size ranges. The short ones have blades approximately 4”-4-1/2” long by 2-1/4” to 2-1/2” wide. Spine is approximately 3/8” thick.
