These bread harps are awesome! They cut so well and are easy to use. The blade is kept under tension so that is doesn’t bend or flex much when it is used so it doesn’t need much pr essure applied to cut. So, it is perfect for that hard crusty outer French bread with the very soft center. Available in Dark Walnut (dark brown), Black Cherry (red color), Hard Maple (light color).
