Sawyer has been making high-quality paddles out of woods like Douglas fir, ponderosa pine and western red cedar for a long time, and this wooden rafting oar was handcrafted at thei r shop in Talent, Oregon. It suits everything from flat water to whitewater if you are actually going out. If you are not, hang it on the wall of a lake house, a cabin or a lodge, because a real working oar with real wood grain in it beats a decorative one every single time. It is in good condition and it looks like it earned that. You won't be disappointed.Oversized item: This piece ships as a bulky/oversized item.
