For more than a decade, Marco Benevento has merged pulsating dance rock energy with quirky, earthy songwriting.Brooklyn Vegan called his work "bold indie rock, while The Wild Hone y Pie praised it for being "reminiscent of Dr. John's New Orleans psychedelia and piano chops with a hint of Father John Misty's general coolness." On his new live LP, Woodstock Sessions,he offers some of his most audacious work to date. It was recorded in one single take for a sold out studio audience at Applehead Recording in Woodstock, NY. Woodstock Sessions track listing spans Benevento's entire catalog. Show more
