A downstem is an integral part of each WOOKAH body. It includes a demountable diffuser. The use of the diffuser makes the smoking experience soft, pleasant and quiet, so you will be able to enjoy an undisturbed hookah session. In case you like the “standard sound of WOOKAH”, you can easily remove it.
