Working at heights can expose employees to serious fall hazards, equipment failures, unstable surfaces, and emergency response challenges. Poor planning, weak supervision, incorrect equipment use, and inadequate rescue preparation can lead to severe injuries, operational disruption, and significant safety risks. The Working at Heights course explains height safety planning, hazard assessment, fall prevention, protection systems, rescue arrangements, human performance, safety leadership, innovation, and future readiness. Learners will explore how structured controls support safer decisions before and during work at height. By the end of this course, participants will be able to recognize fall hazards, apply preventive controls, understand protection and rescue systems, support safer performance, and contribute to effective working-at-heights practices. Certification is provided upon successful completion of the course.
