Depending on the situation, we may offer additional testing instructions to confirm the issue before advising on how to send your watch back for investigation and repair. 3 - Repair Quote (if applicable)Based on our investigation, we will determine if the issue is covered under warranty or if a repair quote is required. If a repair quote is needed, we will provide it for your approval before proceeding.Please note: Repair parts cannot be ordered separately and are only available as part of our repair services. 4 - Investigation and RepairOnce your watch arrives at our facility, our expert watchmakers will examine it within 5-7 working days. Should they find any concerns requiring your attention, we will notify you promptly. 5 - Repair Completion and ReturnAfter the repair is completed, we will notify you via email and provide tracking details for the return shipment. Important Notes: Typical repair lead time is 3–5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the repair. Ensure all correspondence includes your order reference for faster processing.
