Reach your goals with Max Workout After your first 45min session plus a free 45min chat, Max will create your own specialised WorkOut course with a WorkOut Manual that will help get you to your goals Your MaxOut WorkOut Manual will include exercise that will be done during our sessions but also some specialised moves and activities for you to do on your own. Choose between a Single (Pay as you go) One hour Session or a selection of different packages, please not all sessions are valid for 2 months from date of purchase. The intro Session package is split in to 3x 1hr sessions, Or 4x 30min Sessions. Please note, home visits are limited to Inkberrow, Stratford Upon Avon, Evesham, Redditch and surrounding villages.
