Description This certified course is given in accordance with the guidelines of the Safety Health and Welfare Act (General Applications) 2007. It covers the topics relevant to setting up and maintaining a safe digital screen equipment workplace in an office environment. Assessments This course contains online self assessments after each module and an online certification exam at the very end. The self assessments do not count towards the final examination marks but simply give you an idea of how you are doing. On successfully passing the final certification exam you will be issued with a certificate. In line with legislative requirements, this course is delivered as a blended course, with an online workstation assessment by a competent person forming an integral part of this course. Duration & Other Information You do not have to complete the online course in one sitting and you can also break it into small chunks if you wish. Should you have to leave the course unexpectedly, it will remember where you were the last time you left it. How long it takes you to complete the online course really depends on you but 45 minutes is a good guideline for the theory element of the course. The online one to one assessment takes 20-30 minutes. This theory course may be purchased on it's own or to include a one to one video assessment. Note: For full QQI Level 5 certification a one to one assessment with a qualified instructor is required.
