Dates: Saturday June 6th 2026 (SOLD OUT!) Location: Perfect Theatre Studios, Bray Time: 10am-2pm Who is this workshop for? This is perfect for absolute newbies looking to conquer the sewing machine AND be able to do basic alterations on their own clothes. This is an adults class and participant must be over 18. What will I learn? We’ll kick things off by threading up your machine and mastering the basics—think straight and zigzag stitches, different feet and buttonholes. You’ll learn how to insert a zip and make your own little zipper bag after the basics are covered. We’ll then move on to alterations - think taking up & taking in. By the end, you’ll feel like a sewing superstar, ready for more advanced courses! You’ll also tackle troubleshooting the machine. Duration: 4 hours of sewing (With lots of tea and biscuits!) You don’t need any previous experience and everything will be provided - just bring your lovely self! **Limited availability please book in advance to avoid disappointment!** T’s & C’s: All courses and workshops are subject to a minimum of 4 sign ups. If there is less, we will email you within 14 days of course start date to notify you of other options of available dates or process a refund if you wish. We kindly ask for a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for cancellations of any course or workshop. Once written confirmation from Studio Minti Makers has been processed, the customer can defer attendance.
