Hands-on Workshop: Sweet & Savoury Quick Breads Saturday January 10th 2026 - 11am Price: $90/person Class Description: Nothing compares to the aroma and taste of fresh baked bread! The best way to get bread to the table in half the time and effort is to go the quick bread route. Today we will make a basic Savoury Cheese Biscuit that is completely customizable and so delicious. Next, we will make a Sour Cream Muffin with Streusel Topping. This sweet quick bread can be changed up in a number of ways, depending on your cravings. Lastly, we will stew a fruit compote that pairs perfectly with either of these recipes or to top your next batch of pancakes or waffles. Please bring a container for any leftovers. About this Class: This is a participation-based class where you will be guided through the recipes by the chef, but you will be doing most of the work. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to six participants. Class length is approximately two hours.
