How to order • Select your size, format and colour choices. Leave your wording for the side section above. Email the guest list to us here in the exact order you would like it to appear - either sorted alphabetical or organised by table. Word, excel or text in an email accepted. Please remove formatting and any additional information not required such as numbers or bullet points next to names, meal options etc.The location of the number of seats/rows/columns will be determined by the designer and is dependant on the size of the chart ordered and number of guests, if you have any specific thoughts or requirements these MUST be conveyed to us before work begins. More details Timing: Our current turnaround time for seating chart designs is 1-2 business days, often even quicker. To ensure that you have plenty of time for a round of revisions and for printing, we recommend placing your order a week or two prior to your wedding day.Important Note: Please make sure that your guest list is provided to us in the exact order you would like it to appear on the seating chart, either sorted by table number/name or alphabetically. How you supply it is how we design it.Revisions: We include one free round of revisions with your order, and we're happy to make minor adjustments such as adding or removing a guest.
