These worry stones are perfect little reminders to take a deep breath in particularly stressful moments, they have a thumb sized indentation and are used to help relieve stress and anxiety. There is a patch of bare unglazed clay on the bottom of each one, add a drop of essential oil of your choice there for an added sensory experience.
