Complex, Fresh & Alluring. Informed by the great wines of Pouilly Fume, in the Loire Valley, this is Sauvignon Blanc done differently. A lifted tropical bouquet jumps out of the gl ass. Heady pineapple, passionfruit and ripe peaches are underpinned by delicate characters of brioche and cashew nuts derived from lees stirring. Texture and weight are balanced by fresh varietal acid.
