The Wren was designed with ease and shape in mind. It's relaxed, voluminous and intentionally oversized. The exaggerated yoke adds a bit of architectural interest. The kind of deta il that makes this not your average crewneck. The sleeves are slightly cropped and full thanks to the deep box pleats, a statement without shouting. This is a solid tried and true you will make many of. Advanced beginners or above welcome; please come with knowledge of and experience using a home sewing machine and working from a sewing pattern. If you've been tempted to start sewing with knit fabrics but need some help getting started, this is your call to dive in! We will use the straight stitch for construction and zig zag to finish the seams. We recommend cotton sweatshirt fabrics in heavier weights of at least 11 oz or 370 gsm. Fabric yardage should be purchased and pattern cut out by participants beforehand. You can come slightly earlier to use our table to cut if needed but please note that space is limited. Show more
