This is particularly important if you have a very small or very large wrist to ensure a secure fit. How to measure correctly: For the best Heart Rate sensor accuracy, the band should be worn approximately 2cm (1 inch) above your wrist bone. Please measure your wrist circumference at that specific spot. S/M 135mm - 185mm M/L 185mm - 230mm If your wrist measures exactly 185mm, both sizes will work. We recommend S/M for a snugger fit or M/L if you prefer a looser feel.
