Join Hard Feelings and Sick Stories (Sophie Lyons) for our in-person Writing Prompt Sessions every 2nd Tuesday of the month! Our next session will be held on November 12th from 3-5 pm at Hard Feelings (353 Church Street). Journalling has long been used as a mental health tool, but many people who want to get into the practice can feel pressure that they’re “doing it wrong” or don’t have time for it. We hope that providing the space and time to show up and practice a writing craft will help build confidence in your individual writing practice, and community for those who attend regularly.
