Common usage: Temporariliy relieves minor aches and pains of muscles and joints due to, simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, sprains. Each Plaster 3.93 x 2.75 inches (10 x 7cm) Box of 10 Pouches per box 4 plasters per pouch 40 total plasters per box Ingredients: Menthol 6%, Methyl Salicylate 10%, Safflower, Dandilion, Rubarb Extracts, Myrrh Gum Mass.
