The SMAI X-Frame Monolift accessory is a bolt-on for your weightlifting rig. Perfect for powerlifters and heavy loads, the Monolift lets you setup and prepare your lift safely, and is ready to rack your bar again as soon as you push off by swinging out to meet you at your lifting position. Height adjustable via a quick-release safety pin, so you can lower for bench press or raise back up for squats and lifts. NOTE: Monolift is shipped with the arms tightened for transport, to avoid the arms moving during shipment. You will need to loosen the 3 arm bolts after installation to allow the arm to swing freely. Arm will swing freely when bolts are sufficiently loosened. TIP: Loosen bolts until nearly undone, and hand tighten only. Do not use power tools to tighten the 3 bolts, they will be too tight. When the monolift is loaded with a racked barbell, the attachment swings away from the rig, giving you clearance and space to lift a heavy load. As you push off and lift the load, the monolift retracts away from you, towards the rig to provide space for your movement, while remaining close enough to rack the barbell safely and easily.
