X-Gard brackets are a key component of the X-Gard snow retention system. The X-Gard bracket is mechanically attached to S-5! mini or regular seam clamps which are in turn fastened to the roof panel with patented round-point setscrews, gripping the seam securely without penetration and without damage to the panel s protective finishes. X-Gard brackets are available in two simple designs: X-Gard 1.0 Bracket. For use with a single pipe system, this bracket requires two (2) S-5! mini or regular seam clamps for installation. X-Gard 2.0 Bracket. Used for the two pipe system. This bracket requires the additional purchase of two (2) S-5! mini or regular seam clamps per bracket for installation.
