XDeep Backplate The XDeep Backplate provides an essential foundation for your diving rig configuration. You can choose between durable aluminium or 3mm stainless steel to suit your specific needs. Generally, the lightweight aluminium model is an excellent choice for wetsuit divers or travelling divers. Conversely, the steel backplate weighs approximately 2.5 kg, which makes it the preferred option for many dry suit divers. Furthermore, this high-quality backplate effectively distributes weight evenly across your back during the dive. By providing this stability, it significantly reduces the total amount of lead weight you must carry on your traditional weight belt. Highlights Material Options: Choose between lightweight aluminium for travel or robust 3mm stainless steel for buoyancy control. Even Distribution: The ergonomic design spreads weight across your back to improve underwater balance. Reduced Lead: Reduces the amount of external lead weight required, streamlining your overall diving equipment. Consistent Sizing: Both models share identical dimensions to ensure compatibility with your existing harness and accessories. Diving Versatility: Adapts perfectly to either wetsuit or dry suit configurations for any environment.
