About the XERO Pure The XERO Pure is a 3-stage water purification system that is perfect for beginner water-fed window cleaners. Purifying water when cleaning glass or solar panels guarantees spot-free results. Construction All XERO Systems are made in the USA, specifically in our humble warehouse in southern New York. These durable systems weigh in at 51 pounds and are light enough to lift in and out of your vehicle. They are even easier to transport while working since they're set up on high-quality plastic wheels. All of the filters are situated on a steel frame. You can use the XERO Pure standing up or lying down. With a good water source, this system is convenient, as you don't need a pump to use alongside it. Stages of Filtration For the XERO Pure, the three-stage stages of purification includes Chloramine, RO (reverse osmosis), and DI (deionization). In the first stage, water enters the chloramine filter, where sediments are removed, and chloramine, chlorine, and odor are reduced. The water then enters the RO membrane, which does the bulk work to remove contaminants. It has VFT, Variable Flow Technology, giving you the best performance at differing PSI levels. The last stage of filtration is when water enters the DI housing for that final brush-up to ensure its TDS is below 10 ppm. Once your TDS starts to read above 10 ppm, it is time to switch out your resin. Filters Not only is it super easy to change out the filters, but, one of the great features of this system is the non-proprietary filter changes. It keeps it cost-effective and you can use any replacement that fits the system bought at your favorite supplier.
