We are very excited to launch our first dumpling masterclass hosted by our incredibly talented Head Chef, Emily Xin Xin Chan. In Emily's Dumpling Masterclass you will learn how to make a variety of dumplings from scratch including making the dough, rolling, pleating and of course you'll get to sample your creations on the day and also have enough to take home with you. We will provide all ingredients and equipment, just come with some sheer enthusiasm and I promise you will leave coated in cornflour (please don't come in your finest clothing) and a belly full of dumplings.
