This repair plate allows you repair the dash where the headlight switch is on your 84-96 XJ. In the event the stock dash cracks or bust you can use this repair plate to mount to fi x that. Uses 2 factory mounting locations as well as 2 you will need to drill (1/16” drill bit roughly). No hardware is provided with this kit. You will need to source your own screws for the left side. You will want to use screws about 1/8” inch diameter or smaller. Please note: Due to the nature of the design the factory trim piece will now fully pop back on.
