X-keys key sticks (such as the XK-4, XK-8 and XK-16) use a low profile tactile switch with a square stem, so replacement keycaps for these must be different to that of a normal X-keys unit. Keyboard Specialists offer single replacement keycaps for the X-keys key stick collection with a backlighting window, allowing the blue LED to illuminate the key legend from the back.
