If the vendor’s price has decreased, we automatically pass those savings on to you. Shipping Review & Adjustments Product shipping costs vary widely by size, weight, vendor, and destination. If actual shipping costs come in below the standard fee, those savings are also passed back to you. Returns & Refunds All returns must be approved by TTN. All returns are subject to a minimum 10% processing fee, regardless of whether the order is processed, canceled, or returned by the buyer/shopper. If merchandise is returned, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed when applicable, depending on item condition and vendor requirements.
