You have 30 days from the launch date in your region to complete checkout and apply the $299 launch credit. What happens if I don't redeem my reservation in time? If you do not complete checkout within the 30-day availability window, your reservation will be canceled. Your $299 will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. You may cancel your reservation at any point between Aug 19 and the time you complete your final checkout of XREAL AURA. We will issue a full refund of $299 back to your original payment method. How do I cancel my reservation? Log in to your XREAL account and click "Cancel" on the order page, or send an email to [email protected] that includes your order number. Refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. When will the full amount be charged? You will only be charged the remaining balance when you complete your final checkout after AURA has launched in your region. Prior to that, your card will only be charged for the $299 reservation. Regarding Sales Tax and VAT Sales tax or VAT is not charged on the $299 XREAL AURA Priority Deposit paid at the time of reservation. Applicable taxes will be calculated and collected at the final checkout stage, based entirely on your shipping address. Terms & Limitations The Priority Deposit is valid for XREAL AURA only. The Priority Deposit cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, store credit, or any other monetary equivalent. The Priority Deposit cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, limited-time offers, bundles, or special pricing unless explicitly stated by XREAL. The Priority Deposit is tied to the original purchase email address or customer account. The Priority Deposit is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
